Very easy to do business with. I booked an appointment effortlessly, they gave me a date, they showed up on time, and they left the windows looking beautifully clean and sparkly. I was amazed. I thought to myself that this is the kind of service that makes a small business successful.

I want to relay what a wonderful experience I had with Veco Window Washing. I was a little wary as my last experience with a franchise was a disaster - bait and switch, messy job, etc. This time I did my research and really checked the reviews and was specifically looking for a "local", "small business", and not a franchise or big company. I initally contacted Veco on April 22 and spoke to Damir and discussed my concerns. Rather than just "email me a quote", he had Vlad (hope that's the name) come out and personally look at the job and give me feedback. He was honest, didn't try to upsell and was very courteous. Within a minute I received a quote and had set up an appointment for April 24. The communications were outstanding from the text updates and Konstatin arrived well within the window stated. The job turned out to be more than anticipated yet Konstatin took it all in stride, did not rush and was very patient. Regrettably Konstatin had to cancel another appointment to complete my job and that in of itself was greatly appreciated. He was soooo nice and accomodating. My screens and windows are a million times improved and Konstatin did what he could with the older screens/windows which really needed some attention - inside and out. I definitely will use Veco again and on a more regular basis and highly recommend their services. If I needed the other services they offered I would also use Veco and I want Konstatin again :) Thank you Damir, Vlad and Konstatin.

Excellent power washing of our patio. It came out super clean. Technician made sure all the surrounding areas were clean from any splashing and returned the furniture to its proper place. Definitely a tech who takes pride in his work.
