E-Invoicing happens ans soon as the job is complete. We have a 1960’s home with storm windows that came with the house. We usually don’t have them bother with removing them. (Screws are stripped.) Still, the windows look great.

Nice job, nice people, reasonable price. I called Veco for gutter cleaning and someone answered the phone right away. I discussed what I needed done as they looked at my address/house size on Google earth and gave me a price (+/- $10 if downspouts needed extra attention). We scheduled for the next day, and I didn't have to be home. I was busy on phone when they came as scheduled, and I heard them on the roof, etc. After they were done and left quietly, I was able to walk around the house and everything was very clean, just a few tiny clumps of the debris on the patio that was easy to get rid of. Our house is surrounded by trees so there was SO much decaying debris in the gutters and this was overdue! As a final good note, it poured a few days later and I was so happy to see the clear water gushing out of the downspouts, as they should be. I'll call them again next year since it was so easy for me, and reasonably priced for the job they did. Easy payment by Zelle after they billed me via email, too. Thanks!

The last cleaning was done a couple years ago by a different company and it was quickly apparent that Dan and his team were a better choice this time around. Their work is top-notch. They are also power washed our brick patio, which had never been done since it was laid almost 20 years ago and it looks brand new. I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to say a few words about Veco Windows - the quality, efficiency and courtesy I experienced were superb. When we first bought our house, I tried to wash the windows myself (which took a loooong time). Then, after a while, I started looking for professional window cleaners. I went through a few different companies, and for one reason or another, there was always a little something to be desired. Now that I finally "stumbled" upon Veco, I do not believe I'll be switching again. The Veco guys are extremely polite, and they do not waste any time - they'll come in, set-up, start cleaning, and they'll be done before you know it. I used to have to get my windows cleaned every 2-3 months, but when these guys do it, I can easily go twice a year. All I can say is - excellent service! Keep up the good work, guys!
